An Update About Our Business

Hello Woof Family,

We have some news to share.

With effect from Saturday 6th June 2026 we will be closing our bricks and mortar store.

We want to assure you that WE ARE NOT CLOSING OUR BUSINESS. 

However, thanks to you, Woof has evolved. We have outgrown having a physical high street presence & in order to build on this and grow our business further, we need more flexibility than a physical shop can offer.

It’s been an honour and a pleasure to run a bricks and mortar store as part of the Oakwood high street and now we can’t wait to take our business to the next level. 

Our bricks and mortar shop may be closing, but our commitment to you isn’t going anywhere; in fact we are doing more to bring our products and services to your door.

Making this change means you’ll get more choice, better value, and the same kindness, care, expertise, and passion you’ve come to know; just delivered in a new way.

And while the way we support you and your dogs will change a little bit, this will allow us to grow Woof in a way that works better for the future; for both us and you, our lovely customers.

What does this mean for you?

• You’ll still be able to order your food, treats and other items through our website www.woofthedogshop.co.uk
• If you are a current food subscriber nothing will change
• We’ve introduced a dedicated number 07359154877 call or WhatsApp us for advice, guidance and anything else you can think of
• We are still stocking our Dog Copenhagen range and have created our Happy Harness service - more to follow
• For those of you who still like to browse in person; you’ll be able to see us once a month at The Northern Star Artisan Market in Oakwood

We will be sad to leave our lovely shop in Oakwood, but we are excited for the future.

Your support means more to us now and to our future success than it ever did.
