RETURN & REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@woofthedogshop.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.  

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@woofthedogshop.co.uk  within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item should be unworn / unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, tags attached.

Return postage will not be reimbursed.  We recommend using the original packaging where appropriate and ensuring your parcel is tracked. We will not be held responsible for missing packages.

Once we have agreed to the return request, you have 14 days to return the goods. If we do not receive the parcel tracking information during this time, the return is deemed to be automatically abandoned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

We do not accept returns for any loose natural treats, any loose bakery items, any pick and mix items or any clearance items

Please include your name, order number / proof of purchase and the reason for returning. Please return your items to:
