When are you open?

We are open Tuesday 12pm-4pm and Wednesday to Saturday 10am-4pm.

We are closed Sunday & Monday

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free on street parking along Roundhay Road and adjoining side streets.  The car park at the Oakwood Clock is free for 3 hours 

Can I  bring my dog inside?

Absolutely!  We love seeing your pups.  However, please keep them under control at all times.  Any items that are chewed, licked, damaged or pee'd on will have to be paid for

My dog's reactive but I'd still like to shop with you

Firstly, if your dog can't manage being in the store we would advise to bring someone with you to look after your dog outside while you shop.  We are happy to help if you'd prefer to stand outside with your dog - just let us know what you need and we can collect them and bring the card machine to you outside for payment.  Also, online shopping is available 24/7 and you can choose click and collect or free local delivery

I need a new harness can you help?

Yes of course.  We offer free harness fitting for all of our harnesses.  We suggest you avoid our busiest times between 11.30am-1.30pm and Saturdays are by appointment only

Is everything you stock in the shop also on line?

Unfortunately no.  As we are a small business inventory management is a full time job and keeping up with stock levels for our website is incredibly time consuming.  However, we are more than happy to have a video call with you, request payment digitally and arrange delivery

In fact we do this for a number of clients who are either too busy to come to the shop or who are neurodiverse and prefer to shop in this way

What food brands do you stock?

We have our own (Woof) brand of dry dog food which is extremely popular.  Also, we have a range of functional diets that are hypoallergenic, hydrolysed and suited to dogs with allergies, skin & coat issues, gastrointestinal problems and weight management and joint control. As well as offering recipes for healthy living and dental.

We have a selection Forthglade's Just range for those dogs with allergies and for others we stock Walker & Drake

Our raw food is from local producer Naturaw who are based just 13 miles from our store

What treat brands do you stock?

Firstly, we have our own ranges of treats and provide as much variety as possible.

We prefer to stock well loved brands like Green & Wilds who are known for their single source proteins, Anco, Nova, Soopa, Life of Riley Bakery, Tribal, Walker & Drake and Louis & Ada.  We are always searching for new and interesting brands that meet the needs of| our customers
